They’re looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is confident with children who have SEMH, Autism, and ready to start immediately.This is a hands-on role supporting pupils who need calm, consistent, and compassionate adults around them. The school has a strong team ethos and values support staff as a vital part of everyday success.Your role will include: Supporting pupils with profound and severe learning difficulties and autism Working 1:1 and in small groups using sensory and personalised approaches Supporting communication, emotional regulation, and engagement Assisting with personal care where required, always with dignity and respect Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SEND professionals This role is ideal if you: Have experience working with children or young people with PMLD, SLD, and or autism Are confident supporting complex needs and behaviour that may challenge Are patient, resilient, and genuinely care about pupil wellbeing Are reliable and available for an immediate start What’s on offer: Immediate start in a supportive specialist setting Weekly PAYE pay, no umbrella companies Free access to SEND and CPD training Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Thrive training is highly desirable.
