Responsibilities
* Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
* Ensure high standards of customer service and engagement on the sales floor.
* Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Conduct full pre-sale preparation of goods: check names, quantities, completeness, prices, labeling compliance, unpacking, and inspecting appearance; arrange and display goods according to company rules.
* Monitor the availability of goods in the trade section, checking quality, expiration dates, and proper labeling and pricing.
* Manage stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
* Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
* Prepare and analyze sales reports, and provide insights to improve performance.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
* Foster effective communication within the team and with other departments.
Qualifications
* Achieving or exceeding sales, KPIs, and profitability goals.
* Deep product knowledge: understand aims, properties, quality, care rules, and prices; offer substitutes and related products to customers.
* High standards of customer service and engagement; assist customers in choosing products and resolve conflicts.
* Strong communication, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
* Manage stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring size and style availability.
* Proficiency in retail software and POS systems.
* Adherence to safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
* Ability to work independently and manage own emotions and challenges.
