* Join a busy residential property team, running a full caseload: sales, purchases, new build, Help to Buy, transfers of equity, and high value London/South East work
* Work alongside the existing property partner on business development, attending events, building relationships with local agents and introducers, raising your own profile
* Benefit from the firm's existing reputation while building your own network
* Support and mentor junior team members as the Dorking office continues to grow
What You Bring
* 10+ years' PQE in residential property, with strong technical knowledge and a client facing style that builds trust
* A personable, communicative approach. You are someone a partner is happy to introduce to clients and contacts
