Are you someone who enjoys nightclubs, discos, cinema, shopping, animals, fashion, cooking and baking? Do you have a good sense of humour and enjoy a laugh? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

We are looking for a female Support Worker to join a personalised support package for a vibrant and outgoing young woman. You'll be working alongside someone who enjoys Disney, Harry Potter, Lego, animals, horror films, and all things fun.

This role is about more than just care – it's about helping someone live the life they choose. You will need to be flexible in your support and proactive in helping explore and source new activities that reflect the individual's interests, wishes, and aspirations.

Our offer to you

* Location: Sherborne
* Hours: up to 37.5 hours per week
* Pay: starting at £12.27 and increasing to £12.52 after passing probation and obtaining a care certificate.
* Contract type: Permanent

* Having a fun and silly personality – someone who doesn't take life too seriously

* Enjoying fashion and clothes shopping, and joining in with baking or cooking
* Holding a full driving licence to support with outings using a mobility car
* Most importantly, being someone who takes time to understand the person you support, not just their needs

About You:

* Female (Occupational Requirement – Equality Act 2010)
* Confident driver with a full UK driving licence
* Friendly, fun, and easy to talk to
* Reliable and respectful
* Passionate about making a positive difference
