iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and
enthusiastic Sommelier to join our team from March 2026.
About the Role
We are
seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Sommelier to join our hospitality
team. The successful candidate will enhance the guest dining experience through
expert wine selection, service, and pairing recommendations.
What
We’re Looking For:
* Proven
experience as a Sommelier
* Recognized
wine qualification (WSET, CMS, or equivalent preferred)
* Strong
knowledge of global wine regions, varietals, and vintages
* Excellent
communication and guest engagement skills
* Ability
to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Passion
for hospitality and attention to detail
