They're now hiring Senior Platform Engineers to support mission-critical software and infrastructure projects.
About the Role
As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll play a hands-on role in building secure, automated, and scalable platforms that power secure government applications. You'll collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and data teams to architect and deploy cloud-first solutions using cutting-edge tools and methods.
What You'll Be Doing Developing platform infrastructure in secure, distributed environments
Building and integrating tools across CI/CD pipelines, cloud orchestration, and monitoring
Writing code in Python, Java, JavaScript, or .NET
Designing and deploying infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, and containerisation tools like Docker/Kubernetes
Supporting cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure) and implementing infrastructure-as-code
Working in agile teams to deliver mission-critical features to sensitive government clients
Ideal Background Strong coding experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, or .NET
Deep familiarity with version control systems (Git, Mercurial, etc.)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bamboo, Bitbucket, TeamCity)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean)
A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and microservices principles
Experience working in secure, regulated environments is highly valued
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Experience deploying platforms in AWS or Azure
Familiarity with container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
Experience with ML/AI platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, Amazon/Azure ML)
Exposure to graph, relational, or document-based databases
