Responsibilities
* Create and manage production schedules based on sales forecasts and orders. Adjust plans to accommodate urgent requests and issues
* Oversee raw material inventory and ensure timely supply. Collaborate with Purchasing to avoid shortages
* Track production progress, identify problems, and implement solutions to maintain smooth operations
* Collect and analyze production data to inform decision-making and cost control
* Lead and develop the production planning team, setting goals and evaluating performance
* Work closely with other department to ensure efficient communication and coordination
* Contribute to optimizing production processes and staying updated on industry trends
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Fresh graduates or graduates with experience in production planning (PPIC)
* Good in English
