Responsibilities What You’ll Be Doing at Kerakoll Coordinating and leading a team of Area Sales Managers to deliver regional sales targets in line with national strategy. Creating and implementing your own regional commercial strategy based on guidance from the Commercial Management team. Supporting your team in the field 3–4 days per week, coaching and mentoring them to develop their customer engagement, product knowledge and performance. Providing feedback and insight to assist the Commercial Management team in defining targets and budgets. Monitoring and supporting regional pricing structures, ensuring alignment with agreed terms and managing exceptions effectively. Managing credit and commercial claims in collaboration with your team and other internal functions. Driving and participating in promotional events, product launches and training sessions to increase brand visibility and customer knowledge. Hosting monthly regional sales meetings to analyse performance, share insights and drive improvements. Conducting monthly 1:1 reviews with your team to set objectives, provide feedback and support professional development. Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management processes within your region. Producing regular reports on sales performance, team development and market trends. Ensuring compliance with company procedures, including ISO 9001 standards. Staying away from home 2–3 nights per week to support your team and customers effectively. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week Qualifications What You’ll Bring to Kerakoll A strong track record in sales leadership, preferably within the construction or building materials industry. The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey commercial goals, priorities, and progress to team members and leadership. Strong operational planning and organisational skills to drive sales performance and team efficiency. A passion for developing people through coaching, mentoring, and regular performance feedback. In-depth knowledge of regional market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. A deep understanding of the Kerakoll product range and its application (or willingness to develop quickly). A flexible, proactive and supportive mindset – ready to lead through change and growth.
