Part Time Office and Finance Administrator - £18ph 3 days a week, have to work Monday and Friday and one other day. 9am - 5pm. General Office Handle post (incoming/outgoing), calls, and general correspondence. Assist with document preparation, filing, and archiving. Maintain and update database (contacts, projects, documentation). Upload/download client documents and drawings. Manage accreditations Complete supplier questionnaires/PQQs. Arrange travel for engineers Maintain office, kitchen, and supplies (stationery, utilities, equipment servicing/repairs). Perform other general administrative duties as needed. Complete annual insurance forms and upload certificates to accreditation portals. Manage office utilities and service arrangements Finance Process and file invoices; update invoicing and payment logs. Chase aged debtors; prepare reports and court forms for unpaid invoices. Reconcile petty cash and submit monthly reports. Upload invoices HR Prepare and issue staff letters/contracts. Manage PPE allocation and returns for new starters and leavers. Check and process engineers’ timesheets and expenses. Maintain payroll records; coordinate monthly submissions. Redirect leavers’ emails to relevant engineers.
