Essential Proven B2B sales/account management experience with a track record of delivering targets. Strong relationship management skills with stakeholders at every level (internal & external). Solid commercial and financial acumen; understands key business drivers. Customer-first mindset; calm under pressure with a proactive can-do approach. Excellent time management, organisation and attention to detail. Confident project management and clear communication across teams and with customers. Strong Microsoft Office (especially Excel) skills. Desirable Knowledge of the packaging market and customer sectors. Understanding of the product lifecycle (concept/design through to production & despatch). Experience in packaging, paper or corrugated industries. Comfortable challenging processes and implementing improvements that benefit the customer and our client. Job role Youll own and grow a portfolio of accounts, proactively managing pipelines to hit annualised sales targets. Expect to be highly responsive to customers, work cross-functionally with technical/operations teams, and lead projects from brief to delivery - keeping stakeholders informed, deadlines tight, and quality on point. Youll use your commercial brain to spot opportunities, present solutions and ensure a smooth hand-off into production, all while maintaining the highest standards of health & safety and service.
