This role would suit someone who has graduated from University seeking their first professional role or it would also suit someone who is looking for a new role where they can develop and expand their skills. Responsibilities * Organise and maintain legal documents, files, and case records with accuracy and confidentiality. * Assist with preparing legal correspondence, reports, and documentation as required. * Support the legal team in scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates. * Conduct analysis of case information to support decision-making processes. * Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and facilitating effective communication. * Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing. * Coordinate with external agencies or departments to gather necessary information or documentation. * Ensure compliance with organisational policies and legal standards in all activities.
