What You'll Be Doing
* Leading website content strategy across product listings, campaigns, and seasonal launches
* Managing external agencies and internal teams to keep content accurate, engaging, and on-brand
* Owning the content calendar and driving SEO, UX, and conversion optimisation
* Using Shopify CMS to update site content, banners, and collections
* Collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams to align content with commercial goals
* Conducting audits, analysing performance, and making data-driven improvements
What You'll Bring
Experience in ecommerce content, merchandising, or digital strategy Strong grasp of SEO, UX, and conversion best practices Confidence with CMS platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) Excellent written English and a sharp eye for detail A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and great communication skills
Bonus points if you've worked with catering equipment, PIM systems, or CRO tools like Hotjar.
