About Media Experience
The Media Experience team provides recommendations across channels, manages supplier relationships, and executes strategies to ensure high-quality, innovative media solutions that maximize performance and data integrity.
Role Overview
The Business Director will lead clients through media transformation, ensuring integrated, data-driven, and innovative media strategies. They will collaborate with various teams to deliver connected media activation, drive transformation projects, and maximize client value.
* Act as the main contact between planning, client leadership, and media experience teams.
* Lead the Media Acceleration Framework process, creating transformation roadmaps.
* Ensure channel responses are aligned with strategic principles and client outcomes.
* Demonstrate data literacy, utilizing first, second, and third-party data with appropriate martech.
* Coordinate channel specialists to present unified media strategies to clients.
* Work with the accountability team to track and meet client PRF targets.
* Adhere to best practices and processes.
* Collaborate with Beyond, Marketing Science, and Data & Technology teams to enhance media connectivity.
Commercial Mindset
* Ensure responses to briefs are commercially sound.
* Leverage capabilities like Adylic and measurement frameworks to unlock revenue.
* Support new business opportunities through pitches and prospecting.
Thought Leadership
* Communicate market conditions and industry developments proactively.
* Lead agency initiatives and showcase thought leadership through industry panels, articles, and awards.
