Property Care Operative Overview The Property Care Operative will provide high‑quality painting, decorating, and minor DIY repairs across several designated London sites, helping to maintain consistently high standards across the portfolio. All tools, materials, and equipment will be stored at each location, so no company vehicle is required. The role involves following a daily site‑visit schedule (Monday-Friday) and travelling between sites as part of the normal commute.
