Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients
* Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and assisting with project tenders
* Oversee project delivery from feasibility through to construction stage
* Ensure projects are delivered profitably and in line with the client brief
* Manage multiple projects across a variety of sectors
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including clients, architects, contractors, and consultants
* Oversee and contribute to technical design throughout the project lifecycle
* Attend client meetings and project progress meetings
* Carry out site inspections and report findings back to the design team
Requirements
* Minimum 4+ years’ experience within a Building Services Consultancy environment
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
* Working towards Chartership (CIBSE or IMechE preferred)
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, with a good awareness of electrical, sustainability, and public health services
* Up-to-date knowledge of British Standards, regulations, and codes of practice
* Experience managing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
* Strong communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams
* Good knowledge of Health & Safety and Environmental policies
