You’ll play a vital role in supporting the Registered Manager to deliver high-quality care in a safe, nurturing, and homely environment for young people aged 11–18. ? What you’ll be doing: Supporting the day-to-day management of the home, including staff supervision, rota planning, training, and performance management. Helping to maintain a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating by ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Building strong, trusting relationships with young people, supporting them to develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes.
