Business Development Manager | Unified Communications | Vendors| Hybrid
Our client is a leading provider of Unified Communications, Audio Visual, UV Solutions Services and collaboration solutions.
The Business Development Manager (BDM) has a key role within their UCs specialist Services division, responsible for driving growth by developing and managing relationships with partners and vendors. This role focuses on partner recruitment, development, and engagement, while serving as the commercial expert for vendors and supporting strategic bids. The BDM will work closely with the Sales Account Managers (SAMs), Pre-Sales, marketing, and vendor teams to ensure alignment and success across all initiatives.
Key areas of responsibility:
Partner Recruitment and Engagement
Use the partner development list (4 quadrants) to identify and follow up on new customer campaigns to attract potential new partners for the company and its vendors.
Develop tailored strategies to recruit high-potential partners and onboard them effectively.
Partner Development and Enablement
Work closely with SAMs to identify existing partners with potential to add new vendors to their portfolio.
