About Our Burton Latimer Home
Located in Northamptonshire, our Burton Latimer children’s home provides a welcoming and supportive environment for young people who have experienced trauma. The home is designed to be both safe and nurturing, with a strong emphasis on stability and positive relationships.
What We Offer
* Funded Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare

* £1,400 annual attendance bonus + sleep-in payments (£44.56 per shift)

Important Information
* We do not offer sponsorship or support with right to work
* All applicants must have their own right to work in the UK, permitting them to work 40 hours per week
* All successful candidates will undergo pre-employment safer recruitment checks in line with Ofsted and Homes2Inspire policies

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
* A strong, compassionate personality and leadership qualities
* Emotional resilience and the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins
* Experience supporting vulnerable young people in a residential setting
* A QCF Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (essential)
* A desire to grow - opportunities to complete a fully funded Level 5 qualification available
