Are you a caring and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to work in an outstanding rated Trust? Colmers ward, based at Bridport Hospital, is looking for either an experienced or newly qualified Staff Nurse to join our supportive team.
As a Staff Nurse you will work alongside a multi‑disciplinary team in a 24‑bedded ward that provides sub‑acute medical care, rehabilitation, and palliative / end‑of‑life care for the local and wider community. Our End of Life Care unit has achieved a nationally recognised accreditation in the Gold Standard Framework award for end‑of‑life care. The team is a close‑knit community, and we pride ourselves on always going the extra mile.

Key responsibilities
You will need enthusiasm and a commitment to provide the highest standards of care to patients, relatives and carers, and the ability to provide professional clinical leadership. You will need an interest in working with older people and good communication and organisational skills. Shift pattern
* Long days 07:30 – 20:30
* Nights 20:00 – 08:00
* Weekend and public holidays at enhanced pay

* Completed DBS check (the Trust will cover the cost)
