Distribution Office Assistant – Temporary (Until Christmas)
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-4:30pm (flexible from time to time to work later)
Pay: £12.21 per hour
We’re looking for a Distribution Office Assistant to join our busy team on a temporary basis until Christmas. You’ll be supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of the office and providing excellent customer service and support for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with enquiries, delivery slots etc
* General office administration tasks as required
* Filing and maintaining accurate records on spreadsheets
* Using Microsoft Word and Excel for basic document and data management
About You:
* Previous office administration experience preferred
* Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills (spoken and written)
* Able to work under pressure and as part of a busy team
* Reliable, organised, and proactive
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
