Digital Account Manager – Join a Growing, Dynamic Agency
Location: LE12 (office based, flexible working considered)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (1 hour lunch)
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000, depending on experience
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Benefits: 20 days holiday plus Christmas shutdown plus bank holidays, pension, on site parking

Our client is an award-winning agency specialising in reward, incentive, and recognition programmes, and they are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and commercially aware Account Manager to join their busy team in LE12.
What You Will Be Doing
Working alongside the Account Director, you will manage your own client programmes and own every aspect of the delivery:
* Leading programme implementation from research and design to launch and completion
* Managing client relationships, taking briefs, presenting ideas, and reporting insights to drive success
* Coordinating creative concepts with designers, updating website content and managing communications plans across digital and print
* Managing data uploads, quality checking, and analysing performance metrics
* Overseeing budgets to ensure profitable programmes
* Managing suppliers and ensuring excellent customer service and delivery quality
* Attending and leading client meetings, sometimes face to face
* Supporting and line managing more junior team members
Other Responsibilities
* Handling and escalating queries from clients and participants
* Maintaining accurate data records and testing programme websites for accuracy
* Supporting general project management activities and event organisation
* Collating management information and reporting with the Account Director
