We are looking for someone passionate about the rights of children and young people to join our Neath Port Talbot Missing and De-brief Service. You will be working with children & young people affected by or at risk of criminal and sexual exploitation and trafficking. You will offer support and advice to the young people and their families or carers. This includes providing targeted support and safety planning, helping children and young people to be safe from harm and develop their understanding of risks and protective factors. You'll also work with other agencies to ensure a full offer of support is available to each child and young person.

Contract: Permanent Full-Time
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Since then, we have supported over 67,000 young people, women and their children who are either homeless or facing homelessness. Many people think the job of a homelessness charity will be to provide accommodation - a safe place to stay. But it is very clear to us that for most people who are facing homelessness, their problems are far more complex than a lack of permanent shelter. That's why we treat everyone who needs our support as an individual. We recognise their unique strengths and needs and make sure that they are supported to rebuild their futures.
