The Role
As a field-based Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair, servicing, and maintenance of multifunctional devices including printers and photocopiers.
Key duties:
* Diagnose and repair faults on photocopiers, printers, and multifunction devices (MFDs)
* Aim for high first-time fix rates
* Deliver excellent customer service on-site and remotely
* Keep up with technical training and product updates
* Manage stock in your service vehicle
* Support basic networking and scanning setup on MFDs
About You
Experience repairing photocopiers, MFDs, and printers (Minimum 2 years)
Konica Minolta experience helpful (not essential)
Basic IT/networking and print management knowledge is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, honest, and professional
Full UK driving license required
