Contribute to drafting, editing and proofing guidance and policy documents ensuring that they are consistent with policy and legislation, accessible and written in plain English. Provide project support for the production and publishing of documents, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and adhere to the appropriate project processes. Undertake monitoring, research and analysis to provide an evidence base for the Managing Change guidance programme as well as on individual guidance topics. Support the running of the Managing Change Programme Board including providing secretariat support. Support the drafting and delivery of position statements such as Pointing the Way to the Future. Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder engagement related to our advice, guidance and policy work and analyse responses. This can include developing and delivering workshops and online surveys. Draft communications material such as website text, emails and blogs to promote our guidance and policy work.
