Job Description We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change team. This role is key to supporting governance and control across our change portfolio, ensuring projects run smoothly and stakeholders receive the highest level of service. What you’ll be doing: Supporting the delivery of key project and portfolio processes to meet stakeholder requirements Maintaining accurate portfolio, project and resource data within PPM tools Monitoring adherence to lifecycle frameworks, standards and controls Tracking and supporting monthly finances including cost reporting and accruals Producing meeting packs and capturing actions and decisions accurately Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and sharing best practice Supporting Project Managers with mandate and business case submissions and approvals Implementing governance and reporting for changes impacting customers
