Job Description

Business Partners will also work with leaders and managers advising them on people practices
which develop and maintain positive working relationships between the business and its people
primarily at a team level. This may include restructures, and application of P&C policies and
procedures

Key Responsibilities

This includes: • Execute people and culture strategies and plans within relevant business area
• Develop, build and test solutions to address P&C gaps in relevant business area
• Development and delivery of P&C solutions to commercial lifecycle (win, operate, grow and keep) • Risk management through mitigation actions and solutions
• Org design and restructures • Manage people projects and embed changes throughout the business
• Complex, escalation or wide scale policy and procedure guidance and coaching, and ER case management, TUPE and/or Union engagement in line with relevant CoEs
• Employee relations –provides professional advice, guidance and support in line with organisation’s policies, procedures and employment law • Attends operational management meetings and P&C Solutions meetings as required• Supports, develops and coaches People & Culture team• Horizons: Months
• Inputs: BU people plans, Risk profiles, bid requirements, COE and annual plans, People Advisory trends
• Outcomes: People Solutions embedded into the business
• People Solutions 50% People Advisory 50%

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Strong HR generalist with multi-site experience in B2B services
CIPD qualified and/or degree educated
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, including TUPE and unions
Proven background in employee relations and business partnering
Experience managing HR projects and organisational change
Confident in supporting operational leaders across diverse teams
Ideal for someone ready to grow from an existing Business Partner role
