Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a warm, tailored, and premium customer experience
* Dispense and fit luxury optical and sunglass frames with confidence and care
* Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
* Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice to a discerning clientele
* Support day-to-day retail operations including stock handling and appointment scheduling
About You
* Experience working in a premium optical environment
* Strong product knowledge and a passion for styling and fashion
* Outstanding communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Genuine interest in design, craftsmanship, and luxury retail
* A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
