Status: Established/Permanent
Estimated Start Date: 1 July 2025
Salary: £51,896 per annum
Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 36 hours per week
About the Role and About You
This is an exciting time as they implement their new strategy, expanding their HR team and investing in their people. The Learning and Development Manager will be crucial in designing, developing, and delivering a comprehensive learning program to support organizational goals. You will focus on enhancing leadership and management skills, analyzing learning needs, and fostering a culture of continuous development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with HR leadership and senior managers to analyze and prioritize learning needs.
2. Develop a blended learning approach including coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, classroom sessions, and e-learning.
3. Lead and coach the Learning & Development Advisor.
4. Ensure compliance with mandatory and statutory training requirements.
5. Design and deliver learning interventions to address skill gaps.
6. Implement mechanisms to evaluate learning effectiveness.
7. Manage relationships with external training providers.

Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in designing and delivering blended learning programs is essential. You should be adept at conducting training needs analyses, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels, and demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency with digital learning tools and the ability to build effective relationships are also important.
