We are seeking to recruit two Netball Coaches. The Netball Coach will report to the Director of Sport of Mill Hill School. The following duties shall be deemed to be included in the professional duties which you will be required to perform:
* Support the aims and objectives of the Mill Hill School Foundation
* Comply with the Mill Hill School Foundation Health and Safety Policy
* Planning, preparing and delivering a series of Netball sessions, within timetabled lessons and through the co-curricular activity programme, for Girls aged 13 – 18
* Running or assisting to run (dependent on experience) one of the School's Netball teams
* Leading training sessions and fixtures (which will include Saturdays)
* Be an outstanding ambassador for sport and Netball by promoting the Mill Hill values through our two strands of the games programme, 'Fit for Life' and 'Fit for Performance'
* Assist with the ongoing refinement of the Netball programme, in collaboration with the Head of Netball and Performance
* Provide performance analysis support to players and staff via our online Hudl platform
* Team selection and monitoring progression of players, recording and reporting on pupils
* Embrace the use of our technological and sport science analysis platforms
* Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children and young persons for whom you are responsible and with whom you come into contact
