Job Description: Are you passionate about Warehouse and Logistics and looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic logistics company? We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Cullompton site. In this role, you will be using systems and scanners to receive and locate goods, pick and dispatch these goods, as well as general housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Use voice control systems to put goods away on racking efficiently and accurately.
Replenish stock levels and consolidate inventory as needed to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Keep the warehouse clean, well-organised, including general cleaning duties at the end of each shift.
Ensure all equipment is operated and stored correctly.
Complete all required documentation accurately and in accordance with warehouse procedures, promptly reporting any faults, defects, or issues.
Required Experience:
Be able to work in a Multi temperature (chilled and ambient) environment.
Good communication and team working skills.
Attention to detail is essential.
Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.

Hours : 07:00hrs - 15:30hrs, Monday to Friday, with occasional Sunday overtime paid at £19.07 per hour.
Overtime : Paid at an hourly rate of £15.89.
