Part Time Coveyancing Assistant - £28,,000 (PRO RATA)
A busy solicitors based in Maidenhead are expanding their team and are hiring for the position of a Legal Assistant within Conveyancing, the hours are part time, 2 - 3 days per week (up to 22.5 hours). This fast paced role would be suitable for someone with prior experience as a Conveyancing Assistant/ Conveyancing Secretary and would like to continue in this position long term.

Key responsibilities
* General administration tasks including Land Registry applications, audio and copy typing.
* File management and document preparation including opening and closing of files.
* Liaising with external clients and other parties via email and phone
Essential Skills
1. 2 + years experience as a Legal Assistant/Secretary within Conveyancing
2. Highly organised with excellent time-management
3. IT literate with the ability to learn new software where required
4. Experience in both copy and audio typing.
