Our client, a Leading Legal firm based in Northampton, are seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join their Family Law Team. They are considering individuals with a range of experience, but are ideally looking for someone who is 1 year PQE, up to Senior Associate level. You will need to be competent at working independently, handling your own caseload from initial instruction through to conclusion and (if you are coming in at the more senior end) providing guidance and mentoring to the more junior team members.

1. Divorce
2. Property and Finances
3. Children issues
4. Trusts of Land
5. Pre/post-nuptial and cohabitation agreements
6. Non-molestation applications
