Location: Central London – Hybrid
Salary: £45K–£55K DOE

What you’ll be doing
o Supporting Account Executives with the management of a varied commercial portfolio
o Handling renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day client servicing across all core classes
o Preparing market presentations, policy documents, and broking submissions
o Negotiating terms with insurers and securing competitive solutions for clients
o Providing responsive, professional service to ensure strong client relationships
o Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
o Playing an active part in a collaborative, positive team environment
What you’ll need
o Experience as a Commercial Account Handler within broking
o Competence across key commercial classes (Property, Liability, Motor, Package, PI, Cyber, etc.)
o Strong technical understanding and confidence dealing with insurer partners
o Excellent communication and organisational skills
o A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership
o Enthusiasm for career development and an interest in growing within a modern, ambitious brokerage
