Location: Spire Wellesley Hospital, Southend-on-Sea

About the Role:
Spire Wellesley Hospital is seeking a passionate and experienced Perioperative Practitioner with a background in Orthopaedic Scrub to join our dynamic theatre team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality perioperative care in orthopaedic procedures
2. Support patients throughout their surgical journey
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure best practice
4. Communicate complex clinical information effectively and compassionately
What We’re Looking For:
5. NMC or HCPC registration (no restrictions)
6. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Orthopaedic Scrub
7. SFA qualification desirable (training available)
8. Experience in a surgical/theatre setting
9. Team player with initiative and independence
10. ALS and Airway Maintenance certifications are a plus (training available)
Working Hours:
11. 4 days per week, Monday to Saturday
12. Theatre hours: 07:30–20:00 with on-call duties
