About The Role
Customer Service Advisor/Account Administrator
Are you someone who can start a conversation in an empty room? One of those people who always manages to get things done, no matter how much there is to do? If the answer is yes, there’s a place in our Customer Service team for you.
It’s not about what you know. It’s who you are. You’ll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business: looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do it better.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Building relationships with customers
2. Being the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses
3. Answering queries and resolving issues
4. Converting inquiries into sales
This role is office-based at Ram Mill, Chadderton, with 1 day per week of home working.

About You
We will provide training and support for your personal development. To succeed, you should have:
* Customer Service/Admin experience
* Experience in the hire industry (desirable)
* A proven track record in customer relationship management
* Motivation, ambition, and resilience to succeed in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage sales revenue
* A flexible, 'can-do' attitude
* Data analysis skills to identify trends and opportunities
* A customer-centric approach and experience in delivering excellent service
* Strong relationship-building and engagement skills
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Good organizational and planning skills
