Part time Insurance Doctor (French Speaking)
Role: 24 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Hybrid working model. Pay: £110 per hour in Brighton. Rolling contract.
Working for one of the world’s largest insurance companies, my client is seeking a French speaking Private/NHS practicing Doctor to join their first response team on a part‑time basis.
Duties Include
* Dealing with telephone queries relating to post‑incident scenarios, treatment and potential fatalities.
* Perform Daily Doctor on Duty responsibilities including approval of medical evacuations, monitoring cases by telephone contact with treating medical providers, recommending & reviewing travel requirements, thorough case documentation and review of claims‑related cases.
* Participate in Response.
* Quality Management.
* Participate in departmental performance‑improvement initiatives and comply with current KPI’s.
* Liaise with the end customers as well as medical professionals.
Requirements
* Fluent in English and French, both written and verbal.
* Must be double vaccinated.
* No outstanding GMC notices or investigations.
* Minimum 4+ years’ experience within emergency medicine, ICU or anaesthesiology.
* Ability to prioritise workload (projects and incoming work).
* Ability to comprehend correspondence.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Excellent verbal communication skills.
* Must be highly accurate and detail‑oriented.
* Ability to document work in progress in accordance with procedures.
