Our mission is to make shipping easy by creating a community of connected customers, partners, and carriers on a single platform. We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant to help us achieve this vision.
As a Consultant in the nShift Ship team, you will deliver complex customer solutions, either as part of a project managed by a Project Manager or independently on smaller engagements. You will work with project management resources to foster a strong project culture that ensures successful project delivery and professional growth within the department.
Overall responsibility
Ensure program or project success and customer satisfaction through effective management of time, capacity, risks, and issues.
Main Responsibilities
* Technical Tasks: Execute all project-related technical tasks to high standards and prepare for QA audits.
* POC: Serve as nShift’s point of contact throughout the project lifecycle when required.
* Success criteria: Define and communicate success criteria for all technical tasks to stakeholders.
* Documentation: Manage project tasks using nShift’s project management tools, record time and work daily, and archive documents appropriately.
* QA: Prepare solution proposals and proof of concept models for quality reviews.
* Time adherence: Complete technical tasks within budget, escalate issues promptly.
* Workshops: Facilitate analysis workshops with customers and gather detailed requirements efficiently.
* Technical assistance: Deliver technical work packages as needed.
* Other: Perform additional relevant tasks as required by the business.
