Hays Social Care are working with a leading provider of Extra Care to clients with Learning Difficulties across Hampshire. The organisation works across a wide range of services within the industry and is keen to develop its staff.
Your new role
Working in a service with adults with learning disabilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of the service, including organising working rotas, o verseeing staff and be jointly responsible for the smooth running of the service, working alongside the registered manager to ensure that the best support is provided as well as keeping the service at a high CQC rating.
This role includes a mixture of office-based work and leading the care team in client aodation across Hampshire.
There is an on call element to this role requiring some work in the evenings and weekends as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Full UK Driving licence and own vehicle is ESSENTIAL.
Mon - Fri with an on-call rota outside normal hours.
Previous experience across a wide range of social care settings including Autism and Learning Disabilities.
