The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has become available to fulfil a role with a global leader in performance chemical manufacturing. As Quality lead you will be at the forefront of ensuring Quality and Training policies are effective and efficient, helping towards the company’s operability. The role offers the chance to gain valuable experience in a highly regulated environment whilst supporting a close-knit team of safety professionals. Your duties and responsibilities will be * Single point of contact for all Quality & Training systems related issues. * Develop and implement Quality & Training system policies in line with group guidelines, ISO Standards and legal requirements. * Carry out Quality & Training systems reporting, providing regular KPI for review of systems and develop corrective actions accordingly. * Proactively support the Customer Complaints process & lead the Quality Near Miss initiative. * Maintaining the Document Control System. * Liaise as required with external parties including regulatory bodies regarding issues concerning the businesses Quality & Training systems. * Develop, monitor, audit, and amend systems for the continual development of the Quality & Training management systems performance and ensure compliance with legislative requirements. * Develop and implement the quality, environmental and safety internal audit systems and manage the relating action plan. * Develop & deliver training courses by researching materials and deliver training either via Rapid Global, Safetyhub or directly * Assist in general administration duties within the business, as agreed between EHSQ Manager and other departments. * Assist EHSQ Manager in the objectives of the EHSQ Policy at Warrington Site. * Assure that the activities are carried out in accordance with Warrington Quality and EHSQ Management System. You will have the following qualifications & experience: * Should be or working towards a Chartered Member of the Chartered Quality Institute * IRCA Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent. * Professional or vocational qualification in training, or equivalent experience. * Excellent oral and written communication skills, confident, assertive, and the ability to work with personnel at all levels. * Competent in computer programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
