Estimator – Dry Lining

💰 Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist subcontractor in Leeds who are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator with a background in dry lining.
This is a great opportunity to join a busy and growing team with a strong pipeline of work across commercial and residential projects.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit competitive tenders for dry lining and interior fit-out packages
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documentation
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to gather accurate pricing
Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits when required
Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
Maintain awareness of current market rates and industry trends✅ Requirements:
Proven experience as an Estimator within the dry lining or interior fit-out sector
Strong understanding of dry lining systems, labour, and material costs
High attention to detail and strong numerical skills
Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
