Our client in the charity sector is looking for an Executive Assistant to support C-Suite, this role will be 5 days on site Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate may have worked in a similar role across the charity sector, care or healthcare and/or have a passion to work within this space. This role requires lots of stakeholder management often within a sensitive environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills across the microsoft suite and be experienced in supporting up to board level when needed.
Duties may include ( but not limited to ) :
* Meticulous diary management
* Events
* Complex diary management - multiple diaries
* Minute taking up to board level
* Complex travel arrangements - strategic planning of itineraries
* Project management / support
* Compliance management
* High profile Stakeholder management
* Meeting agenda's and presentations ( including PowerPoint )
* Activly seeking ways to improve business processes and analysising results
* Expenses, purchase orders etc
* Support the wider management and board as needed.
* Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
* Communication skills, written/verbal
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
