Key Responsibilities: Procure indirect goods and services in line with cost, quality, and delivery targets. Support the Indirect Procurement Manager and Buyers in managing supply chain issues. Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers. Process purchase requisitions and release purchase orders in accordance with guidelines. Maintain material management systems for recurring indirect spend items. Build and manage supplier relationships to ensure consistent, professional communication. Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to resolve price, delivery, quality, or invoice issues.
