Electrical Engineer - Night Shift

Salary: £50,000 to £52,000
Shift Pattern: 6pm to 6am, 4 on 4 off

Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking for a rewarding opportunity in the fast-paced FMCG industry? We are seeking skilled engineers to join the night shift team.
As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines. You will be responsible for:
1. Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime.
2. Diagnosing and repairing breakdowns to keep operations running efficiently.
3. Installation work to support site upgrades and improvements.
4. Working in a dynamic FMCG environment, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.
What We're Looking For
5. NVQ Level 3 (minimum) and a diploma in electrical engineering or JIB card.
6. Experience in an FMCG environment (food manufacturing experience is ideal but not essential).
7. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
8. A positive, team-focused attitude with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
