Fram Search are working on an exciting opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a Chartered financial planning firm in Dorset. 1. Provide administrative support, in line with procedures, to the Financial Planners in their work with clients, including direct liaison with clients when necessary, assisting in preparing suitability reports, preparation of annual review packs, drafting letters/emails and sending information to clients in line with the reporting schedule or on an ad-hoc basis as required
2. Maintain active monitoring of client focussed activity on platforms to ensure that all actions are completed, and activities completed within the required timeframes
