Fire Safety Engineer – London – £55,000

We are seeking a Fire Safety Engineer to join our London team. The role offers a collaborative, flexible working environment and a strong focus on professional development, training and internal progression while delivering high‑quality fire safety solutions across a range of sectors.
Salary Package
* Basic salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (depending on experience)
* 9‑day working fortnight (every other Friday off)

Key Duties
* Support the delivery of fire safety projects from initial concept through to completion
* Prepare fire strategies, technical reports, calculations and supporting drawings
* Apply fire safety principles and building regulations to ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidance
* Work closely with senior engineers, directors, clients and design teams to develop practical fire safety solutions
* Attend project meetings and contribute technical input where required
* Manage allocated tasks to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
What You Will Need
* Previous experience in fire safety engineering or a closely related discipline
* A good understanding of fire safety regulations and their practical application
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A relevant university degree or equivalent qualification in fire safety engineering or a related field
