There is long-term potential to be a part of the CEOs strategic leadership team. We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is a role with plenty of variety, perfectly suited for a smart, sharp, and capable individual looking to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities: Managing CEOs diary and organizing meetings and appointments (business and personal), often controlling access to the CEO. Booking and arranging travel, transport/transfer, and accommodation. Reminding CEO of important deadlines by implementing and maintaining admin procedures. Producing timelines and reviews of projects. Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of CEO. PA duties will extend to the maintenance of CEO's personal life such as ensuring car MOT & service is up to date, hiring cleaners/maintenance workers for his home. Travel arrangements may occasionally include family travels and bookings. Collating and sorting CEO's monthly expenses. Taking minutes during meetings and sending follow-ups, ensuring that tasks are logged, and actions completed. Drafting, reviewing, and sending communications on behalf of the CEO. Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal or external colleagues/parties. Arranging dinners, social events, and public appearances. Researching new projects and creating & submitting business award applications. Experience & Skills Requirements: Must have two years of experience. Must be numerate and proficient in mathematics. Experience in real estate and property management is highly desirable, but not essential. Excellent written & verbal communication. Must have outstanding organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Good negotiating skills. Flexibility and adaptability. Must be able to multitask. Solution-oriented & proactive approach.
