The Role
* Providing first-line IT support to staff and pupils
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
* Supporting classroom technology, interactive boards, and AV equipment
* Assisting with user account management, devices, and permissions
* Supporting the maintenance and upkeep of IT systems
* Responding to day-to-day IT queries in a timely and professional manner
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in an IT Technician or IT Support role
* Good working knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft 365
* Experience supporting hardware, software, and end users
* Clear communication skills and a helpful, service-focused approach
* Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
