The Role
* Providing first-line IT support to teaching and support staff
* Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
* Supporting classroom technology, interactive whiteboards, and AV equipment
* Assisting with user account management, devices, and permissions
* Maintaining IT equipment and supporting system updates
* Responding to IT issues in a timely and professional manner
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in an IT Technician or IT Support role
* Good working knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft 365
* Experience supporting end users with hardware and software issues
* Strong communication skills and a service-focused approach
* Good organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities
* An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* The legal right to work in the UK
