Overall Purpose of the Job: To manage the administration and logistics of the Careers Service central learning and development programme and providing digital activity support. To take responsibility for the administration of access, student employability, success and development and communication to key stakeholders as appropriate and oversee the work of this area. To support a culture of excellent service provision and continuous improvement, placing the student experience at the heart of what we do with support for a single Professional Services (PS) team working flexibly across organisational boundaries. This role provides frontline information and advice to student and graduate users of the Careers Service in person and online.
