Contract Administrator - Property (£29,902 per annum, full-time)
Job Role
We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our Property Team and support the Senior Contract Manager.
Responsibilities
* Address day-to-day issues that arise.
* Communicate with tenants.
* Raise works orders on the system.
* Provide administrative support.
* Assist with contracts including door and window programmes, cyclical decorations, and servicing of disability aids and equipment.
Qualifications
* Good at creating positive relationships internally, acting as an important link between parts of the property team and the rest of the business.
* Highly organised with great customer care skills; a large part of the role involves contacting tenants.
* Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Must be able to drive and have access to a car.

Location Details
