? What We're Looking For as an EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent (Essential)
* Recent experience working in an EYFS setting, ideally in a school or nursery
* Good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
* A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to support young learners
* A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
